Cornell Outdoor Education Leadership Development Retreats at the Hoffmann Challenge Center

Cornell Outdoor Education Leadership Development uses a combination of methods to help students experience their leadership potential. Students learn where they fall on The Leadership Wheel, how their Myers Briggs type affects their decisions, LCP students challenge themselves on high and low ropes courses, learn to trust their team members, and develop a better understanding of who their team members are and how they can help each other to attain a common goal. COE does an excellent job of helping our business undergraduates understand how to transfer these skills to their Service Learning Project in the LCP and to the workplace.
