Green Business Lab

The Green Business Lab run by Realia Inc. offers the LCP students a chance to pull together everything they've learned in the Leadership Certificate Program. The Lab is a business simulation in which they run a fictional, real-time corporation that adheres to economic, environmental, and social responsibilities. Participants adopt leadership roles in Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Strategic Planning, etc. and must grapple with workplace dilemmas and problems that could include child labor laws, pollution, safety, cultural differences, deadlines, cross-functioning teams and breaking down business silos through more effective communication.
