Learn through real case studies how to define and explain the difference between Leadership and Diversity Leadership. Learn to differentiate between the 2 kinds of Micro-Messages: Micro Affirmations and Micro-Inequities. And learn to resolve diversity conflict and tension using Cognitive Complexity and a Diversity Attitude of Empathy.
